Kristina has cultivated a successful 20-year marketing and strategic communications career in the healthcare and fintech industries, with a focus in expanding healthcare to marginalized communities and supporting women’s and LGBTQ+ rights. She has a personal connection with infertility and wants to help others in Colorado.

 

Judith J. Becerra, MS, LPCDr.
(Secretary )

A Licensed Professional Counselor and the Manager of the Counseling Department and Director of the Gestational Carrier Program at Colorado Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM), Judy utilizes a holistic approach in counseling, believing in the connection of mind/body/spirit. 

 

Dr. Dan Mazur
(Co-TREASUER)

Dr. Mazur is one of the region’s leading male infertility specialists. He practices at Urology Associates where he specializes in complex male infertility evaluations and treatments, including microscopic surgery, vasectomy reversals and microscopic sperm retrievals for couples are undergoing IVF or other fertility procedures.

 

ellen trachman, esq.
(C0-Treasuer)

Ellen Trachman, Esq., founded Trachman Law Center, LLC in order to bring dedicated and compassionate legal representation to those wishing to build a family through assisted reproductive technology. Ellen is also the co-founder and Director of Colorado Surrogacy, LLC, specialized in Colorado-focused surrogacy matching and support. Originally from northern New Mexico, Ellen attended undergrad at the University of California, Berkeley, and law school at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.

NIKKI PATTERICK

Nikki Patterick is an experienced fertility law attorney that is committed to helping others create and grow families through surrogacy and gamete donation. She is passionate about family equality and improving accessibility and quality of fertility care.



 

Miranda Meadow

Miranda has spent 17 years working in health care and insurance systems. As a former fertility patient herself, she knows first-hand the difficulty of navigating systems of care and paying for fertility care, as well as the mental health toll these systems can take on fertility patients.

jackie sagum

Jackie Sagum, one of the regions leading fertility acupuncturists, specializes in natural fertility, IUI, IVF, and FET (Frozen Embryo Transfer) day acupuncture. With nearly a decade of experience operating her private practice, Modern Oriental Medicine, Jackie combines clinical expertise with a holistic, patient-centered approach.

MJ THOMPSON

MJ has worked in learning and development for the past 9 years, spending more than half that time in the early childhood field. The remaining time has been spent honing her skills in instructional design which she plans to use to support the mission and vision of CFA as an ally of those challenged by fertility to inform, educate, and inspire the community.

 

Rebeckah Navitsky

Rebeckah has decades of experience running the Learning and Development departments for large and small organizations. Training and education is her passion and she plans to use these skills to help her community understand infertility and how to support our Colorado Families.  She is an IVF patient and wants to support others in their journey.

Dr. Cassie Roeca

Dr. Roeca is interested in researching solutions to help patients overcome infertility hurdles and fulfill their dreams of having a healthy baby. She is also an advocate for improving access to fertility services and is serving as the legislative representative for the Colorado Fertility Advocates.
