HOW TO BE A MEMBER OF CFA

Colorado Fertility Advocates (CFA) welcomes anyone actively working in or passionate about the fertility and assisted reproductive technologies field to join.  CFA is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit entity. As a group, CFA approaches the fertility area as a collaborative field and believes that working together makes for a better experience for all.

Membership Information:

• New Members must be sponsored by another member in good standing and complete the application process.

• All business members will pay yearly dues that are due annually by September 30. Members joining in months other than September will pay prorated the first year and in full every September thereafter.

• Members in good standing may sit on committees, vote for board members, provide input for consideration before a board vote on a matter. A member in good standing has completed the membership application and been accepted, has paid dues (if applicable), and has attended at least 3 meetings. To maintain the standing, a member must be current on dues and have attended at least 1 meeting within the previous year.

• If membership dues are a hardship, please contact a member of the board.

Annual business membership

Cost is based on business size (number of employees) as follows:

• Solo Practitioner: $120 2-5 Employees: $240

• 6-10 Employees: $360 11+ Employees: $480

• Individual Advocate: No charge
