Become a Member of CFA

Colorado Fertility Advocates (CFA) welcomes anyone actively working in or passionate about the fertility and assisted reproductive technologies field to join.  As a group, CFA approaches the fertility area as a collaborative field and believes that working together makes for a better experience for all.

Membership Information:

• New Members must complete the application process.

• All members will pay yearly dues that are due annually from when they join.

• Members in good standing may sit on committees, vote for board members, provide input for consideration before a board vote on a matter. A member in good standing has completed the membership application and been accepted and has paid dues.

• If membership dues are a hardship, please contact a member of the board.

CFA is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit entity.
