Become a Member of CFA
Colorado Fertility Advocates (CFA) welcomes anyone actively working in or passionate about the fertility and assisted reproductive technologies field to join. As a group, CFA approaches the fertility area as a collaborative field and believes that working together makes for a better experience for all.
Individual and professional memberships, sponsoring an event and donations fund advocacy, education, and outreach efforts, public awareness across Colorado and connects with likeminded organizations across the nation. YOUR membership ensures CFA (a completely volunteer-run board) can respond swiftly to legislative threats, misinformation, and systemic barriers that impact fertility care.
Members in good standing (i.e. has completed the membership application, been accepted and has paid dues) will have the opportunity to be listed on our website. Membership is also required to be on the CFA Board.
INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIPS: $100/year
Are you passionate about protecting reproductive and fertility rights? Did you (or someone you know or love?) benefit from fertility treatments?
If so, consider becoming a member of CFA.

Professional Memberships: $750/year
If your company or business helps patients pursue parenthood through IVF, surrogacy, sperm or egg donation, fertility preservation, or supportive care, CFA’s advocacy directly protects the environment in which you operate and supports the patients you serve (and your future patients!). This membership is ideal for fertility, OB-GYN, and urology practices; sperm and egg banks; surrogacy and donor agencies; pharmacies, labs, and mental health providers; supportive care businesses; other fertility-related or reproductive health organizations, and more!
DISCOUNTED Professional Membership $500/year
For Nonprofits, Individual Practitioners, and Business with 3 or Less Staff Members
